1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by TrustCreast Homes Limited. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Separate written agreements govern our actual services — agency, tenancy and management instructions each have their own terms, and those take precedence over anything on this website.
2. Property information
Property particulars on this site are prepared in good faith from information supplied by owners and from our own inspections. They are provided as a general guide and do not form part of any offer or contract.
- Measurements, plot sizes and floor areas are approximate and should be independently verified where they matter to you
- Photographs show the property at a point in time and may have been taken with wide-angle equipment
- Descriptions of condition, services, fixtures and appliances are not warranties that they are in working order
- Prices are current at the time of publication and may change. Rents are quoted per annum unless stated otherwise; land may be quoted per square metre
- Availability changes continuously. A property shown as available may be under offer by the time you enquire
You should satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of any particulars, and obtain independent legal and professional advice, before entering into any transaction.
3. Title and documentation
We carry out documentary checks before marketing a property and decline instructions where documents do not reconcile. Those checks are part of our own due diligence and are not a substitute for the independent searches and legal advice a purchaser or tenant should obtain. We do not provide legal advice and nothing on this site should be treated as such.
Descriptions of Nigerian land title types on this site are general explanations for orientation, not advice on any particular property or transaction.
4. Enquiries and viewings
Submitting an enquiry, viewing request or valuation request does not create a contract or reserve a property. Viewings are arranged subject to the occupier’s agreement and reasonable notice. We may decline to progress an enquiry where we are unable to complete identity or referencing checks.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false or misleading information
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract listings or contact details, whether manually or by automated means
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its database
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the site’s operation or availability
6. Intellectual property
The TrustCreast name, logo, site design, photography and written content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with a genuine property enquiry. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or exploit them without our written permission.
7. Third-party links
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that it will be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Data protection
Personal data submitted through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@trustcreasthomes.com or raised with any of our offices.
