About TrustCreast Homes

A full-service Nigerian property company. We combine knowledge of each market we trade in with the documentation discipline that Nigerian property transactions demand.

Who we are

Built around the part of the job most agents skip

TrustCreast Homes Limited advises buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors across Nigeria. We handle residential sales and lettings, commercial property, land and investment, and estate and facility management.

The Nigerian property market does not lack agents. What it lacks is agents who will do the unglamorous work before a transaction starts — verifying title, checking a survey against the register, establishing that the person selling has the capacity to sell, and telling a client when the answer is no.

That is the part we built the business around. It costs us instructions we could otherwise take, and it is the reason our transactions complete rather than unravel at the search stage.

How we operate

The principles we actually work to

Not aspirations — these are the rules that decide what we take on and what we decline.

  • Documents before marketing

No property is advertised until its title has been checked. If the documents do not reconcile, we decline the instruction rather than pass the risk to a buyer.

  • Disclose the downside

Defects, disputes and awkward access appear in the listing, not on the viewing. A client who feels ambushed does not come back.

  • Costs in writing, upfront

Every fee is set out before you commit. Nobody should learn about a charge at the moment they are being asked to pay it.

  • One consultant, start to finish

The person who shows you a property handles your offer and sees it through. You are not passed between desks with your context lost.

  • Local, not national

Each office is staffed by people who work that state specifically. A consultant in Enugu should not be guessing at Lekki pricing.

  • Accounts you can audit

Where we hold client money — rent, service charge — it is reconciled and open to inspection. Transparency is what keeps collection rates high.
