Our services
Property Development
Development services, projects and investment opportunities — built on land whose title has been verified before a single block is laid.
How we approach development
Most development risk in Nigeria is settled before construction starts
A development rarely fails on the building. It fails on the land under it — a title that does not reconcile, a survey that overlaps a neighbour, a family claim that surfaces once the site is cleared — or on approvals that were assumed rather than obtained.
So we start where the risk is. Before a project goes ahead we verify the title, check the survey against the register, confirm what the land can lawfully be used for, and set out the approvals the scheme will need and how long they realistically take.
The same discipline carries through to buyers and investors: what is being built, on what title, to what timetable, and what happens to their money if the programme slips.
What we do
Development services
Site sourcing and due diligence
Identifying land that suits the scheme, then verifying title, survey and permitted use before anyone commits money to it.
Feasibility and planning
What the site can support, what it will cost, what it should sell or let for, and the approvals required to build it.
Joint ventures with landowners
Structuring partnerships where a landowner contributes the site and shares in the completed development, with each side's interest set out in writing.
Project oversight
Coordinating consultants and contractors, tracking cost and programme, and reporting progress to investors on a fixed schedule.
Off-plan sales
Marketing units before completion, with payment plans, the title position and the construction timetable set out for every buyer.
Investment opportunities
Opportunities to invest in projects we are developing, presented with the title, the budget and the risks — not only the projected return.
Who we work with
Landowners, investors and buyers
Whichever side of a project you are on, you should know exactly what you are buying into.
- Landowners who want to develop a site rather than sell it
- Investors looking for development projects with verified title
- Diaspora investors who need reliable reporting from a distance
- Buyers looking for off-plan homes with a clear payment plan
- Developers who need sales and marketing for a scheme
